Partner Account Manager

ResApp Health is developing digital healthcare solutions to assist doctors and empower patients to diagnose and manage respiratory disease. We are a small team combining cutting-edge technology with world-class science to deliver breakthrough mobile health solutions and solve real healthcare problems. We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing long term relationships with our partners and customers. ResApp is a well-funded startup, listed on the ASX and based in Brisbane, Australia.


  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to external and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to report account status
  • Identify areas of account growth
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed


  • 3+ years of experience managing client relationships and working with internal product teams in the healthcare sector
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diplomatic, strategic and analytical thinker
  • Proven project management skills
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup, hard working and open minded
  • Willingness to travel
